Our Legislature has the opportunity to put quality primary eye care within reach of many Californians who don’t now have access to it. If current, unreasonable restrictions are lifted, over 6,000 Doctors of Optometry—like those you see and hear here—will be able to diagnose and treat eye problems they’re trained and qualified to handle, just like their colleagues in 42 other states.
